Who: Natasha and Loki
Where: Training Room C
When: One afternoon this week
Rating: V for Violence against Asgardians? Is that not a rating? It probably should be
Summary: Natasha and Loki have a sparring session. She's here for practice. He's here for bitching. She's not responsible for the outcome.

Her classes are done for the day, so it's unsurprising to find Natasha in one of the training rooms, working on her hand-to-hand against a dummy. It's not the best work-out, especially since the dummy doesn't punch back, but at least it gives her some time to work on her rhythm and speed. Occasionally one of her friends wanders by and joins her - unless she's looking personally offended over something and then most of them know to steer clear. Today though she looks to be in good spirits and welcoming to anyone who wanders in and wants a challenge.

Whether or not Loki's actually here for that reason is irrelevant once she catches sight of the older boy and waves him over, however.

Occasionally, Loki likes to peek into the training rooms to see who's hanging about. Sometimes he's rewarded with a rare sight of Sif in top form. You know, until she notices he's being a creeper and they chat, which was equally as nice as watching her, but it would take running him through with some kind of magic sword of truth to get him to admit to thoroughly enjoying either act.

However, the familiar face that catches his attention and beckons him over is not Sif, but Natasha. Now, Tasha? She's easier to talk to if only because she isn't the woman he grew up crushing over. Loki of the Silver Tongue always seems to find that tongue tarnished when he tries to talk to the Asgardian warrior.

Now, where most would high-tail it away from Natasha when she looked like she was in a mood, Loki didn't have that kind of common sense. It also helped to have Asgardian durability and a higher healing factor than a human. Fortunately, today, she didn't appear to be in one of those moods, so he would probably be spared a light thrashing.

"Sheesh Tasha, hasn't anyone ever taught you not to beat up on someone that can't fight back?" He asks with a playful smirk, giving the dummy a feigned sympathetic look. "Poor thing."

Loki grinned, a scoffing chuckle followed her statement and he rolls his eyes. "Now every guy should know better than to get caught looking. No wonder he's getting his ass kicked." His grin turns wry at that. Hel, even he might have, at one time, given her a glance as she walked away. He just knew not to let her catch him.

"I need blocking practice. Wanna throw some shots at someone who moves a little faster than the dummy?" He asks, already shrugging his back pack off his shoulder and chucking it to the side, out of the way. His illusion of normal, every day clothing shimmered away to reveal his not-so-normal Asgardian get-up. He combs his fingers back through his hair, catching the crown between them, tossing it to his backpack.

"So, other than beating up on stuffing-for-brains over there, what've you been up to?" He asks, singing into a defencive stance.

"Oh, please do." Loki grins. "It's not every day Miss Natasha Romanoff swoons over Norse Gods." He winks playfully, but oh does he know better than to push that too much. It was bad enough half the school seems to think, on and off, that he and Billy are sleeping together. He doesn't need someone else to hear him teasing and think he's doing BOTH Billy and Tasha.

But Loki shrugs at her question, looking momentarily distracted. "Just, stuff. I'm thinking too much and you kicking my ass usually helps keep my focus." He brought his attention back and smirked. "Hey now, I want in on the world domination plans. You can't go taking over Midgard without me." It's a joke. Honestly, it's a joke. He's too young for world domination.

"Catching up with Kaplan. Picking my successor to the title of biggest pain in the SHIELD Administration's ass. Causing mischief. Same old, same old."
