The good news is the security drone was out of commission, bad news was now Maya's powers were back in full force. And she could hear a large portion of campus all at once. Curiously she wasn't making any noise, even ones that super wolf hearing could pick up, but it was clear she was nearly hyperventilating and incredibly stressed. Still, rescue is good, she definitely needed that.
Maya listened to Scott's heart to try to get herself centered, to keep herself here and not spread so thin she can't be of any use. Security was activating all over, the awake students were in trouble... but anyone in their dorms should be safe... locked in, but safe.
"Didn't think you would, although today is seeming like one of those days." She looped the bow over her arm next to the quiver of arrows she'd been practicing with. Maya was talking even though her mouth wasn't moving, "The entire campus is on high alert, I heard the security barriers drop on the windows, I can't hear main power, and there are security drones activating throughout campus. I'm Maya, sound manipulator."
