The question took her aback. Partly because up until this point Felicia was only peripherally aware that magic might actually exist, and partly because it had been years since anyone asked her what SHE wanted to do, not since her father...left. Life at home was pretty much dictated by her mother.
"I'm not exactly sure," Felicia admitted. "Back home I was on the cheer squad, and the gymnastics team and Wushu club... Mathletes, forensic biology, debate..." she caught herself midlist and stopped. "That was all mostly my mom's idea though."
